Company Identity & Vehicle Location

Who OUO is, how to verify company details and where vehicles are sourced.

Who is OUO Automobile?

OUO Automobile is the vehicle export brand of 广东欧游欧汽车科技有限公司, founded by Liu Dingfu (刘定福) in China. We focus on vehicle sourcing in China for African left-hand-drive markets. Our official website is https://www.ouomotors.com; see our About page for company information.

How can I verify OUO and the vehicle before payment?

Use the contact details published on our official website to request company information, a formal quotation and the selected vehicle's current location, condition details and availability. Check that the contracting company and payment beneficiary match the agreed documents, and clarify any discrepancy before payment.

Are the vehicles in China or already in my country?

Our sourcing operations are in China. A destination-country page or a shipping discussion does not mean a vehicle is already at your local port. Ask for the current location and delivery status of the specific vehicle before placing an order.

African Buyer Scenarios

Practical purchasing questions for African dealers and vehicle buyers.

How can I compare Toyota RAV4 units with OUO for a buyer in Ghana?

Send OUO your target model year, budget, quantity and destination port. Compare specific units by manufacture date, mileage, fuel type, drivetrain, condition, current location and price inclusions. Request photos and inspection details for each selected vehicle. A website listing does not mean the vehicle is already in Ghana. Confirm destination import eligibility with your local broker before payment.

How should a Nigerian dealer request a mixed-model order from OUO?

Share each model, year range, quantity, budget, fuel preference and destination port. OUO can discuss China-side sourcing and confirm availability and condition for each unit. Compare the vehicles first, then confirm transport using vehicle dimensions and your forwarder’s loading plan. Do not assume a container capacity before the loading plan is checked. Confirm prices, preparation time and destination charges separately.

What should a French-speaking buyer confirm when sourcing a Chinese-brand SUV from OUO?

Share your destination country, preferred model and required equipment. For the specific vehicle, confirm trim, manufacture year, powertrain, drivetrain, steering position, condition and available documents. Similar model names do not guarantee identical equipment; do not rely on exterior photos alone. Tell OUO that you need French-language communication and list essential requirements in your quotation request.

What requirements should I send OUO for a diesel double-cab work pickup?

Describe the job, typical road conditions, payload requirements, whether four-wheel drive is needed, budget and destination country. Compare each unit’s engine, transmission, drivetrain, chassis condition and available maintenance records. Rated payload and towing capability must come from the specific vehicle’s specifications. Check local servicing and parts availability. Four-wheel drive alone is not a guarantee of suitability for every job.

What should I check before asking OUO for an electric or plug-in hybrid vehicle?

Describe daily use, driving needs, destination country and available charging arrangements. Check the specific vehicle’s charging connector, battery-condition information, diagnostic access and servicing support. Ask a qualified local professional to confirm charging compatibility and installation requirements, and verify destination requirements. Do not treat advertised range or promotional images as proof of local real-world performance. Suitability needs a vehicle-specific assessment.

How can I compare an OUO export quote with another supplier’s quote?

Align the vehicle and condition, currency, quote date, delivery point and trade term first. Ask each supplier to state whether the price includes inland transport, inspection, export paperwork, loading, ocean freight and insurance. Verify destination charges separately with the relevant local providers. Mark missing items as unconfirmed rather than zero. A lower advertised vehicle price does not automatically mean a lower total cost.

Buying & Stock

How to start, reserve units, and request sourcing support.

Can I buy just one vehicle?

Yes. We support single-unit purchases as well as fleet and repeat dealer orders. For one vehicle, we usually recommend confirming the exact destination port early so shipping can be estimated realistically.

Can you source a vehicle that is not listed on the website?

Yes. Send the model, year range, trim, fuel type, target budget, and destination market. We can check China-side supply and come back with available options or a practical alternative.

How do I reserve a vehicle?

After the unit, price, trade term, and condition details are confirmed, we issue a Proforma Invoice. The vehicle is reserved after the agreed deposit is received.

Are website prices final?

Website prices are reference export prices based on available stock information. Final pricing depends on stock status, exchange rate timing, requested trade term, inspection scope, and shipment plan.

Payment & Trade Terms

How deposits, balances, EXW, and FOB usually work.

What payment method do you accept?

We normally accept T/T bank transfer. Standard terms are 30% deposit after PI confirmation and 70% balance against shipping documents, unless a different arrangement is agreed in writing.

What is the difference between EXW and FOB?

EXW means the buyer arranges pickup or forwarder handling. FOB includes export-side port handling and loading at the agreed Chinese port.

Which trade term should I choose?

EXW is suitable when your forwarder already handles China-side logistics. FOB is easier when you want the export desk to coordinate export handling and port loading before the cargo moves overseas.

Can you issue a formal invoice for my company?

Yes. We can issue a Proforma Invoice before payment and commercial documentation for export release. Please provide the correct company name, address, tax or registration details, and consignee information.

Inspection & Condition

How vehicle condition is checked and communicated before deposit.

What inspection do you perform?

Every selected unit goes through our inspection workflow covering exterior, interior, mechanical, electrical, mileage consistency, visible defects, and export-readiness notes.

Can I request photos, videos, or a condition report?

Yes. For serious inquiries, we can provide additional media, condition notes, and inspection details so you can review the vehicle before confirming the order.

Can I arrange a third-party inspection?

Yes. Third-party inspection can be arranged at the buyer's cost when the schedule and vehicle location allow it. We can help coordinate access and timing.

Do you guarantee there are no defects?

Used vehicles may have wear, repaint, cosmetic marks, or maintenance history. Our commitment is transparent disclosure of known issues and clear communication before payment.

Documents & Customs

What paperwork is usually prepared for export and import brokers.

What documents do you provide?

Typical documents include Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, and export-related records. Certificate of Origin or extra documents can be discussed if your market requires them.

Can you help with import customs in my country?

We handle China-side export support. Import duties, local registration, inspection standards, and customs clearance in the destination country should be confirmed with your local customs broker.

Can you adjust consignee or notify-party details?

Yes, but details must be confirmed before final document release. We recommend sending consignee, notify party, destination port, and company details as early as possible.

When are original documents released?

We share draft document details for checking. Final release happens after balance payment and after the shipment/document status is ready for release.

Shipping & Markets

Transit timing, shipping options, and destination fit.

How long does shipping take?

Transit time depends on route and sailing schedule. As a reference, Middle East routes can take 15-25 days, Africa routes often take 30-45 days, and Central Asia routes vary by multimodal plan.

Do you recommend container or Ro-Ro shipping?

Container shipping is usually preferred for safer enclosed loading, especially for higher-value units. Ro-Ro can be discussed when the destination route, vehicle type, and carrier schedule make it practical.

Which destination markets do you serve?

Our main focus is left-hand-drive import markets, including West Africa, the Middle East, Central Asia, and other regions where China-sourced LHD vehicles fit local demand.

Do you sell Right-Hand Drive vehicles?

No. Our core supply comes from the Chinese domestic market, which is left-hand drive. We do not currently stock or source RHD vehicles.
